For many people Christmas is an annual holiday with a strong emphasis on family with virtually no religious aspect, thanks partly to the commercialisation of 25th December. Hollywood has no doubt played a big part in this too.

I appreciate it must be frustrating for Christians to see society forgetting what they consider should be the primary focus but surely there is some joy in seeing people caring for each other?
