I've been struggling with this issue lately. On one hand, AI accelerates the speed of programming and learning; on the other hand, the way AI programs are programmed makes me feel that learning programming itself is largely useless. This can easily lead to a sense of technological nihilism.

Right now, I can only try my best to explore the boundaries of AI programming capabilities and build corresponding mental models to adapt to it.

With the advent of the AI era, many experiences, skills, and abilities seem to have become less valuable because AI can perform them better. And these AI capabilities are monopolized by most tech giants. It seems that only capital is not easily replaced. This is truly disheartening.
