Conspiracies about fake hiring are getting really tiring. I don't know about Beacon AI, but we too have been hiring since last summer. Heck even longer than that. We are a small company and our headcount has not changed much in the past year. We hire some people and some people left.

FAANG are still hiring while their headcount overall has actually gone down in the recent past.
