Migrants can't even be conscripted as they're not Russia citizens. So, police raids against migrants are targeting illegal migration, have nothing to do with military service.

Radio Free Europe has maintained a strong focus on social issues, and that seems to piss off trolls the most. Stories about ordinary people and the social issues they face in everyday life are much more powerful than generic articles about politics.
