I don't think he sees it as North America, just... the US and people it competes against.

Which is certainly a way to see things, though not a particularly good one.

Honestly I see the treatment of Canada to be in the top three things that I er... "dislike"... him for. The other two are putting RFK Jr. in charge of HHS and the disrespect for court orders.
