I don't think either of you are persuadable, actually.

I didn't have to enroll anything; I assume they are signed by MS. I'm pretty sure nvidia drivers are dkms, and I think they have to be for legal reasons (off the top of my head and IANAL so grain of salt) so I don't view that as a fault because they can't do otherwise.
