When I say "most technical debt comes not from rushing", your counter is that some technical debt comes from rushing, which was never disputed.

If I put "fully finished" in quotes, you go on a tangent how software project is never really finished (guess why the quotes).

So you address points that are irrelevant or never made, do not address points I do make and only point to other sources which I don't feel they do either.

I can come up with examples of electrical and mechanical engineering that are of the same sort, but I would be making cocktail party examples.
