This is unpopular but I don’t gives a shit:

1. Children don’t need a cell phone until high school.

2. Block social media at the house with a PiHole.

3. When your kids get sad about how unfair is it they aren’t popular or don’t have access like other kids remind them they aren’t paying for it.
