Meh, the internet today is mostly boring. Everything's looking the same, sounding the same, all in service to impressions for ads and probably follower count. Additionally AI slop fills everything with more of the same corpo garbage and algorithm optimizations that makes number go up. What the internet back then had was a charming weirdness which has become rare. It wasn't better back then, but it was more interesting and strange in a not so kaputt way as today.
