Ask HN: Is retreq / retspec a thing?

I have been tasked with writing requirements for a legacy system which was developed ad-hoc, but is heavily used. I'm calling this writing "retroactive requirements" and calling it "retreq." Similarly, "retspec" for retroactive specifications. Does this term, or something similar, exist already?
